Cancellations and refunds are governed by this section, any course-specific policy, and any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the province of Ontario or elsewhere in Canada.

  • Student cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our contact email. Cancellation notice periods and eligibility for refunds may vary depending on the type of service purchased.
  • Scheduled classes and tutoring: Unless otherwise stated in writing, missed classes, late cancellations, and no-shows may be charged in full. Individual lessons may require advance notice for rescheduling.
  • Course packages: Refunds for multi-session or package purchases, if available, may be prorated based on sessions delivered, administrative costs, and materials already provided.

Any refund issued will generally be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Processing times may vary. We may deduct non-recoverable costs, completed services, and administrative fees where permitted.
